OUR POLICIES:
RESERVATIONS: Reservations require a 50% non refundable deposit full Visa / Mastercard details.  Issuing of our Guaranteed Reservation Confirmation Advice confirms your accommodation.
CANCELLATIONS: Due to our intimate size, cancellations have a significant affect upon us. Your room will be held until Check Out time the day following your expected arrival. Reservation cancellations must be received not later than 5pm on the expected day of arrival and will be acknowledged with a Cancellation Confirmation Number. If you do not cancel and fail to arrive by the specified time the Guaranteed Reservation will be billed to your credit card account as a "NO SHOW"
CHILDREN: Our guests come to our home to relax in peace and privacy. Our home is not suitable for children.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted inside our home or guest suite.
CHECK-IN: After 2pm unless otherwise arranged
CHECK-OUT: 10.30 am unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
